Below you’ll find a rundown of exactly what you can expect from working with us along with a few tips and helpful resources.

Between now and your wedding…

Engagement Photo Session

If you booked an engagement session, Michele will be in touch soon with availability.

Two months out

Two months prior to your wedding, you’ll receive our Photography Questionnaire. It’s our goal to be as organized as possible come your wedding day so that we may offer you a flawless experience! Receiving your completed questionnaire is key to helping us achieve that.

One month out

As soon as we receive your completed questionnaire, Michele will set up a call to finalize your timeline and go over any questions that you might have. We aim to be all set by one month out so that you may relax and start getting excited for your celebration!

Two weeks out

Your final payment is due. You’ll receive a reminder one week before it’s due.

Wedding Day!

Relax, have fun, and soak up every moment of this incredible day! Know that we don’t need anything from you, but trust that we’ll be working hard to preserve your day in the most beautiful and authentic way possible!

After your wedding…

2 weeks following

Your highlights slideshow will be ready! Enjoy this sneak peek of 100+ images while we tend to the rest of your wedding image collection.

6 weeks following

Your full gallery will be ready! Michele will send you all the details for where and how you may view and download all your photos.

The following 365 days

You’ll have an entire year to enjoy and share your gallery. Included in your gallery is a personal store where you may purchase a variety of products from albums to framed prints. (A great place for gifts come the holidays)

Tip

An organized timeline is the best way to have realistic expectations of how your day will unfold. We are happy to help with timeline questions at any time so please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to discuss.

Photographers & videographers work closely alongside one another making it imperative that our goals align, otherwise we’re stepping on each other’s toes all day (literally and figuratively). Since you were drawn to our relaxed, unobtrusive approach, we highly recommend a videographer with a similar style. Our favorites are Bright Birch Films, Colin Lee, and Larissa Graham.
