Vail wedding at The 10th: Olivia & Bill

Photographing mountain weddings is what we do and so over the years this job has taken us to many of Colorado’s mountain-top wedding venues. From Beaver Creek to Telluride, Breckenridge, Aspen, Keystone, A-basin, Steamboat Springs, Winter Park and Copper Mountain, we’re pretty familiar with many of these incredible venues that require a gondola or chairlift ride to access. However, for some reason, Vail’s premier on-mountain venue, The 10th, has eluded us…until now.

When Olivia reached out to us last year, I was excited about the opportunity to finally work at this phenomenal location. Not only that but Olivia was drawn to our documentary-style approach and I had no doubt that Mark & I were the perfect photographers for her and Bill.

Fast forward to the end of June. Olivia & Bill’s wedding day was met with perfect weather, allowing for unobstructed views of the Gore Range to provide a stunning backdrop. After just a few portraits, we did what we do best and took to simply observing and preserving all of the beautiful moments of love and laughter that unfolded throughout their day.
